Club Penguin said they updated the chat filter. Right now, you can use ! and ? in CP, but numbers, dots, and commas are still blocked.

Thank You Card Glitch

If you don’t have enough money to donate and you still don’t have the Thank you card, go to the Donate pot, and donate anyways. It will say You do not have enough coins. But once you click OK, and exit out of the Donate window, you’ll still get a card!

This works no matter how much you donate (50, 250, or 500 coins).

It’s hair!

Yep, the new way to decorate is hair. There’s a new “salon” in the Gift shop and a hair catalog there too. I can’t say I like/dislike it, but it makes penguins a lot more human.

The new hairbrush pin is in the Pet Shop.

And CP replaced the smile emote with this one (because an internet company thought CP copied their emote):

The new style…

The new way to dress up your penguin will be here tomorrow and it couldn’t be more mysterious!

However, I immediately noticed some clues when I was reading Billybob’s ‘What’s New’ Section, this is what he said:

“I don’t like to tease anyone, but all I can say is that we’ve been combing through your ideas for a while now and we feel like we found something that won’t crimp anyone’s style!That’s all I can say for now.”

And Billybob has been allowing a lot of ‘hair’ comments as well lately.

In addition, don’t forget to make it to the Halloween party, which is on the 26nd. And the CP Anniversary Party on the 24th, with the limited edition party hat.

Also, congrats to the penguins who won the Costume Contest (A lot of nonmembers won too). Ive seen penguins in cooler costumes who didn’t win, but congrats anyway!

The next costume contest will start tomorrow, and end on Monday, the 15th.

Melting Snowballs Glitch

This glitch is somewhat pointless, but I just wanted to share it with you guys anyway!

If you go down into the Pool, and throw snowballs at the window, the snowballs won’t stick, they’ll disappear! You can kinda say they’re ‘melting’.

In other news, the new way to decorate your penguin is supposedly coming out this Friday. And a pin is guaranteed to come out this Friday as well. Stay tuned for upcoming news.

Play Ridge Run with only 2 People!

First, make sure no one is waiting for a match on the course, Bunny Hill. Then join the Bunny Hill slope and click ‘Yes’ really fast. There will be an empty tube in that course and you will be in the middle of the room.

Now go to Ridge Run, and click ‘Yes’ when it asks you to join. If you did it right, when another penguin plays you in Bunny Hill, you’ll be sledding the Ridge Run course!

P.S. A couple new cheats have been added to the Cheats/Glitches page.

The New Catalog is here!

That’s right! And a lot of popular items have returned, including the ghost costume! Everyone’s wearing it. And a new magician’s cape.

Here are the Halloween 2007 Clothing catalog secrets:

Click on the yellow penguin’s smile for the red viking helm. Close and open the red viking helm three times for the blue viking helm.

Click on the princess belt for Fairy Wings.

Click on the Designer glasses for the Swim Goggles.

Click the Blue Roller skates for the Red Electric Guitar.

There are also boxes in the Gift Shop for the new way to dress your penguin (I’ve heard many rumors: changing beak/eye color, hair, gloves, and feet color)

Halloween Costume Contest

Yes, that’s right, the first contest is here! The Contest will start tommorow when the clothing catalog comes out and all you have to do to enter is dress up and waddle around Club Penguin. The best 20 penguins will be selected and displayed in the October 11th newspaper. The contest will end on Monday, October 8th. Make sure your costume is halloween-themed.

I believe Nonmembers can participate too since a nonmember won in the last contest.

The new mystery fashion can be anything! Club Penguin Team isn’t saying anything yet. It can be gloves, jetpacks, hair, or something else. But they say there will be “changes in the Gift Shop before the end of the month.”

Last, I believe the gold viking helm might just come back in tommorow’s catalog!

One day and counting until Halloween catalog…

A lot of things are coming this October, including the CP Anniversary Party (Oct. 24th) and the Halloween Party (26th). You won’t want to miss the Anniversary, they’re giving out limited edition anniversary hats that will never come back! FALL FAIR TALK

The Ping Pong paddle pin!

The new pin is in the Snow Forts.

There is a new Penguin Poll: What is your favorite Fall Fair mini game? I voted for Puffle Paddle, Ring the Bell, and Feed a Puffle. But my all time favorite is definitely Puffle Paddle. Which may be why the pin is a paddle.

Upcoming…Halloween!

Just a reminder…

The new furniture catalog and a new pin will be hidden TOMMOROW!

And probably the most biggest catalog of the year, the Halloween costume catalog, will be here on October 5th. In it, is probably one of the most awesome costumes in all of Club Penguin, the ghost costume! Too bad I’m not a member myself.

And CP Team has announced that there will be a new way to wear clothing items on your penguin.

More fall fair items!

More new Fall fair items came out today! Look in the Plaza! There’s the candy necklace, paddle ball, and the lollypop. You must first collect all the prizes before you can get the lollipop: go to the Prize booth, pull on the rope, and it will pop out.

And you can bounce the paddle ball if you wave it.

‘Double/Triple your Tickets’ cheat

Play any mini game that gives tickets. At the end of the game, when it shows the Quit button, click it as many times as you can as fast as you can (and I mean fast). If you click it fast enough this should show up:

Click OK, and you should have double or triple or quadruple the amount of tickets you earned in the game (it depends how many times you clicked the Quit button; if you clicked it twice, you get double, if you clicked it three times, you get triple, etc.).

I think it works best with a slow computer on the minigame Test Your Strength game because its the quickest and easiest game. I can get 100 tickets in that frequently.

If its not working, try going to your igloo, then go back to the place you were just at. If its still not working, you might not be clicking fast enough.

Upcoming Fall Fair Items

There’s a new poll question. What’s your favorite Rockhopper item? I said the Parrot because its the only nonmember item other than the Eye Patch.

The upcoming Fall Fair items are a candy necklace and a ball-paddle. I believe there might also be a free item too. (a lollipop) And they will probably be here on Friday.

My favorite Fall Fair minigames are Puffle Paddle and Feed-A-Puffle because they’re pretty fun and they make a lot of tickets.

The Fall Fair!

All of Club Penguin is decorated! (check out the Town and Ski Village) The Fall Fair Prizes are in the Plaza. Earn tickets by playing all the new mini games in Club Penguin. Rockhopper has unfortunately left though.

All mini games that give tickets (all of them are really fun though):

• Grab and Spin (Dock)
• Ring the Bell (Dock)
• Puffle Shuffle (Forest)
• Feed-A-Puffle (Cove)
• Memory Card Game (Beach/Lighthouse)
• Puffle Paddle (Snow Forts)

Also, if you log out, you lose all your tickets!

Best way to earn tickets: Play Puffle Paddle. Start with the first puffle that falls down. Down move the paddle up or down, just let that puffle continously bounce on the paddle. The Puffle should barely fly up each time it hits the paddle. Move the paddle left or right if the Puffle slightly moves left or right. If any other puffles fall down LET THEM FALL, DO NOT EVEN TRY TO GET THEM EVEN IF YOU CAN. If you try to juggle more than one puffle this won’t work! The more you juggle that particular puffle, you’ll get more and more points for every single paddle/jump. Soon, you’ll be getting 10 tickets for each time you hit that puffle up. If you miss the puffle for some reason and it falls, you’ll have to start juggling another puffle again and start over and get one ticket for every paddle.

Games at the Dock lag you out a lot but they still make pretty good money. Grab And Spin is good to play when you’re multitasking and doing homework too because you just have to spin it.

Last, the Club Penguin Band is playing in the Pizza Parlor and there’s a Pizza Eating Contest there too! And Ballistic Biscuit’s name has been changed to Hydrohopper.

Clubpenguin Cheat List

Here are the list of legit cheats I have tried and tested so far. I have heard a lot more but they have yet to be proved correct. If Club Penguin fixes any of the cheats/glitches, feel free to comment and tell me so I can take it out. There are already some that have been fixed.

1.  To enter expert levels in Astro Barrier, wait 30 seconds between level 30 and 31 and shoot the blue ship that appears. 
2. Astro Barrier Cheats: On level 7, when the screen tells you about the blue bars/enemies, click the one in the example for a free life. On level 10 or 30, if you wait a minute, a blue ship will appear, and if you shoot it, you’ll go to the expert levels.
3.   To catch the Big Fish in Ice Fishing, use the little fishes as bait! 
4. At the menu of AstroBarrier (the screen you get to after you press the Start Button), press 1, 2, or 3, to get to level 10, 20, or 30! 
5.   Puffle with no name: Buy a puffle at the store, when you’re asked to write a name, just press next.
6.  Press the +/= sign to change the graphic of the game.
7.  Sitting Forward: Press a spot to walk to (You can face anyway you want [forward, sideways, backwards]). Press s. 
8. I don’t believe this is really a cheat but your puffle dances along with you when you dance (That is assuming you are taking it out for a walk).
9. If any of your buddies are logged in in a different server than you and you log in, check the buddy chat quickly after you log into any server (other than the one your buddy is on) and your buddy list will say they are on (even though its only suppose to say that if they’re on the same server as you [By server I mean like ‘Tundra’ or ‘Mammoth’]). You will only see this for one to two seconds.

11. To put wall items flipped sideways, have a wall item up on the wall and quickly drag it outside the igloo, and it should be sideways.
12. DO DANCE WITH DIFFERENT CLOTHES ON: Have on any clothes (something cool), open your player card, take off everything and put on item that make you do a special dance (like Maracas) when you only have them on, dance, and you should be dancing with other clothes on (Keep player card open)! Once, I had been throwing snowballs prior to this and each time I waved with the tour guide hat on, my penguin with the clothes on would throw a snowball and hold the sign up at same time.
13. To make furniture items go on the wall and vice versa, double click the furniture item on the top rows of your inventory. You can do the same with wall items.
14. WALK ON LIGHTHOUSE WALLS: Go to the lighthouse, go behind the barrel of fish (or somewhere between the barrel and boat), click the door a few times and then click above the door, and you’ll walk on the walls.
15. DANCE AND TALK WITH THE PAPER: First, you must click on this link: http://play.clubpenguin/load.swf . (Remember, it only works for THAT link above. Click on someones player card, drag it off the Club Penuin page but you can still see it, open the newspaper, then without closing the newspaper, click on the ’send card’ button and send them a card. The newspaper will close automatically and you will still be holding it. Now you can talk and walk, but you can’t move or it’ll go away.
16. EDIT IGLOOS: Open the edit button in your igloo, then click on your buddy list and go to one of YOUR BUDDIES’ igloos. You can now edit theirs!
17. WALK WITH PAPER: USE THIS LINK ONLY OR IT WONT WORK: http://play.clubpenguin/load.swf. Click on someone’s player card and drag it outside. Go play Find four or Mancala. When the sign pops up, click it rapidly/quickly (try to press it twice but once will work). Click on the newspaper now, (with the game still up and the player card still up). Then click on the ’send card’ button (Don’t X out of the game or newspaper) and send that person a card. Now you’ve exited out of the newspaper/player card automatically. Now go to the town center or the ski village, then go back to the room you were playing in and everyone will see you walking with a paper and call you a lucky hacker along with the screams of jealousy. Note: you can’t see this yourself. 
18. WALK ON ALL WALLS: Go to mountain top, click on the bunny slope, then click the map while you’re doing the sled game (you should have clicked yes when they asked if you wanted to sled or not). Then halfway into the game (you should be halfway down the sledding mountain) click on the town center on the map. When you’re in the town center, press enter and you should be walking on walls. You can now do this anywhere!
19. WALK ON LIGHTHOUSE WALLS: Walk onto the box of fish (so the cart is blocking you and you can only see your name). Now click on the exit door (left of the thing with an 8 on it) and then IMMEDIATELY click on something on the upper left, like the picture of a penguin, AS FAST AS YOU CAN AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN. You will walk on the wall.
20. NUBBING: To nub (walk behind your chatbox at bottom of screen), go to this site (or it won’t work if you don’t): http://play.clubpenguin.com/load.swf, then press f11, and click on the white space below your chatbox (the chatbox is the place where you type in words to say). If you’re still having trouble go here: http://watex.wordpress.com/2007/05/12/nubbing/
21. FLASHING WORDS: This cheat does not work for me but comment if it works for you. Say “green commander of (you can say anything here)” and the words will flash (excluding the parenthesis, what I said inside the parenthesis, and the apostrophes (these things: “).
22. Tips on locating Rockhopper: Rockhopper finding guide here: http://watex.wordpress.com/2007/06/22/rockhopper-finding-guide/ Rockhopper can be anywhere (even sledding at the mountain top) but he is usually on his ship (at the shore next to the lighthouse). And if you’re server surfing for him, just look for a server that has more people than it used to (like double the usual amount). That’s probably where he is.

24. Flashing words 2: Type with CAPS LOCK ON this: I saw a monster in a box     So it should come up like this on Club Penguin: I SAW A MONSTER IN A BOX    (Im leaving spaces to signify no period). Then just walk around and the words will flash (as long as the chat you typed is still there; yes it can go away if you don’t walk for a while) If anyone knows anymore, please comment and tell me. If the cheats work, I’ll add them to the list above.
25. The Club Penguin Big Screen Mode: The only site where ALL real cheats/glitches work (some don’t work on CP’s main site): http://play.clubpenguin.com/load.swf
26. You can log onto any mod’s account including Rockhopper’s on the Club Penguin Big Screen mode, however, you will get banned immediately if you don’t have the mod’s permanent IP Address. (This means you can only long in without getting banned if you are using the mod’s PERSONAL computer)
27. If you can beat ‘Jet Pack Adventure’ without getting a single coin, you will get 1,000 coins at the end as your reward.

33. Surfing Game cheat: Bring your RED puffle with you when you play the surfing game and it will surf along with you.

35. If you look in the binoculars in the Cove, and wait 10 seconds, you’ll see a speedboat whiz by with a penguin clinging on with a Tube. If you look into the telescope up in the Lighthouse and wait five seconds, a surfing puffle will surf by.

37. Look like you’re holding the ‘Tours here’ sign, but with no sign: Wear anything (it works best if you’re wearing nothing though), then open your player card, and take off everything in your player card and put on your tour guide hat, BUT DONT CLOSE YOUR PLAYER CARD. Now, with your player card still open, wave. You will be holding up your hands!
38. Sliding even when not on the Ice Rink: As long as you’re on the Ice Rink room, you can still slide even if you’re not on the actual ice! For example, you can slide on the stands of the Ice Rink.
39. How to spam: Spamming is talking nonsense real fast. To spam, press j repeatedly real fast and you’ll be telling jokes at the speed of light (If you’re not telling jokes, try moving to a different spot and/or make sure you’re not typing into the chatbox)!
40. Hidden emotes: Coin emote: Press E and then M;  Star Smiley: Press E and then N; Igloo emote: Press E and then I; Music note emote (also makes a farting noise): Press E and then T; Pizza emote: Press E and then Z. There are other emotes you can display by using this method that are already on your toolbar (Heart, Skull symbol, flowers, clover…) that you can find yourself by just testing it out. And if these aren’t working for you, try moving to a different spot on the screen.
41. Have over 100 buddies: When you have buddies in the 90s (I suggest having 99 buddies for this cheat to work), ask as many people as you can or want to be your buddy and DONT OPEN THE MAIL TO SEE IF THEY ACCEPTED OR DECLINED, just keep asking more and more people. When you think you’ve asked enough people, open all the buddy replies, and even if more penguins accepted so that you’d have more than 100 penguins, they’ll still be your buddies and you’ll have over 100 buddies.
42. How to shoot snowballs really fast: Rather than pressing the snowball button on the chatbar in Club Penguin, just push T on your keyboard. So just keep pushing T and clicking to fire and you’ll be shooting real fast!
43. Wave super fast: Press W on your keyboard really fast when you’re in Club Penguin.
44. Super Clothing Dance (Do lots of different movements at the same time): This is one of my favorites. First off, wear as many clothing items that make you move differently as possible (I suggest wearing the Lei and Green Duckie Tube, it works well), you can also wear anything else, but I suggest doing it with only the movement items your first time. Then, open your player card and take everything off and put on the Tour guide hat, but DONT CLOSE YOUR PLAYER CARD. Now, wave (or press W), and you’ll be Hula dancing, holding up the tour card, swimming, wearing cool stuff, and more at the same time!
45. More flashing words: Say this: “Lets warm up here in the ski lodge” and walk around (without the quotation marks) and walk around and it’ll flash. The same thing works for “I SAW A MONSTER EAT _____” . (______ can be anything, but it works well if you use ROCKHOPPER or CLUB PENGUIN or A MODERATOR in the blank. Walk around after you say it. Example: I SAW A MONSTER EAT A MODERATOR )
46. How to check if someone has been banned: Type in the account you want to check in the log-in screen and then type in a random password that is over 4 digits long. If the account is banned it will show it.
47. Weird locations: If you try to find your friend using the Find Friend Button and it says they’re hiding, it means they’re in the HQ. If they’re on an adventure it means they’re doing a mission.
48. Hidden “Ninja”: On the home page, clubpenguin.com, click the N in NightClub for a “Ninja” to appear. The ninja doesn’t look like the ninja in Penguin Chat 3 (Don’t ask if you don’t know what this is)or a ninja at all but I guess he is one. Also, you can click him to change his clothes. 49. How to talk real fast: Press h and b, back and forth, repeatedly and you’ll be saying Hello and Goodbye really fast.
50. Walk on the Beacon’s light bulb: Go behind the beacon and throw a bunch of snowballs through the beacon to the other side. RAPIDLY Press the +/= button on your keyboard and click on the snowballs to go through it. When your halfway through click behind the beacon to walk back (if you want). If this does not walk try redoing it but this time keep pressing the +/= button really really fast back and forth. This doesn’t work for some people because of their computer.
51. Put up all the newspapers in the Boiler Room: Go to the boiler room and open the cabinet with the newspapers in it. Click and hold the last newspaper in the back of the cabinet and then move your mouse to the newspaper directly infront of it (keep holding). Now let go of the mouse and the last newspaper should be standing up. Now click and hold the second to last newspaper and move the mouse to the one in front; this one should be standing up too now. Continue doing this until all of the newspapers are standing up.
52. Play four penguins on Bunny Hill AT THE SAME TIME: This cheat sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t, just retry it if it doesn’t. CP might fix this soon. First, go to Ridge Run (the ski slope with four penguins) and click ‘Yes’ as soon as it asks you if you want to play. Then immediately click somewhere else so you’re not sitting in a tube anymore; then go to the Bunny Hill ski slope. Do this all before the screen pops up that shows the four players waiting in the Ridge Run slope. You will then walk over to the Bunny Hill slope without quiting the Ridge Run slope. If you do it right you’ll be doing the Bunny Hill course with the three people you’re playing Ridge Run with! If it didn’t work, you probably didn’t click the Bunny Hill slope fast enough after you clicked ‘Yes’. There will be a slight pause after you click yes before the screen with the players pops up, you have to click it before the screen pops up.
53. Walk on Mine Shack Walls: This is the same concept as ‘Walk on Beacon’ so it might not work for some computers. Walk to the left or right of the Mine Shack (not the Mines, the Mine Shack), then rapidly press the +/= button and click the other side of the mine shack. This might not work the first time so keep tring and you’ll go through, be sure to keep pressing the +/= button when you’re walking through it. Remember, this does not work for all computers.
54. Tip on sledding: This tip will increase your sledding skill tremendously. After each time you jump over a slope, a log, or go through an icy, slipper path (these are good for you), return to the middle of the slope so you will have an even chance of facing what’s coming next, rather than being on the far left or far right. It has a HUGE campfire. If you click on the logs, the logs will jump into the fire. If you keep adding logs into the fire, the fire will get HUGE. If you don’t add logs to the fire and throw snowballs at the fire and wait 5 minutes, the fire will die out into a pile of ashes. The new pin is outside the mine, it’s a tent.And there will be some major changes to the Sports shop soon. I can’t wait!
